Miscellaneous
- Laundry - We will move the laundry over to where the sink is currently located and dispose of the sink. Change the laundry door to a single door. Leave the adjacent single, hall closet as is.
- Closet shelving will be done by Justene with an outside closet company.
- Eating Bar - Will be changed from a wood top to granite to match the counter tops.
- Coffee maker has been taken out.
- Fireplace is being "thought about"
Home Automation
- We will take the climate control out of the equation.
- Take speakers out of all bathrooms, the hallway and the guest bedroom.
- TV's: 52" in Living Room with surround sound. 60" can be discussed. 52" in Den hooked into ceiling speakers (no surround). 40" in Master Bedroom. 32" in Guest Bedroom. 19" under cabinet in Kitchen.
- Lighting will be controlled through the new system.
Motorized Blinds
- 5% screening blinds will be installed on all windows. Justene to provide black out curtains in specific areas.
- Blinds can not be recessed into soffits. Therefore we will install on soffits and trim out with a 5.5" box to match other details in unit. Care will be taken in locating the boxes so that the active windows will still open.
Barbara is trying to get us structural plans...again.
We have received all of the paperwork that needs to be filled out in order to move forward with the construction.
